Vibe: Opulent grandeur

Our classical Cantonese dishes are prepared in a time-honoured manner and served in rooms evoking the seductive style of 1930s Shanghai. From the dim sum menus to favourites such as succulent char siu and the ultimate Peking Duck feast, this is a breathtaking menu that celebrates the very best of Chinese cooking.

Dim Sum
Classic design

The original flavour
Dim sum. Bite-size pieces of delight. The name means ‘touch the heart’, and they were originally designed to be a quick snack. Our dim sum are so delicious that we have to serve them all day in the bar.

China Tang Bar
More than just a restaurant, China Tang also features an exquisite bar with exceptional cocktails. Sink back into one of the plush armchairs and find yourself transported to another world of gilded glamour and guilty pleasures.
Showstopping dining
As a leading name in the world’s most culinary diverse city, The Dorchester has something to enchant every appetite.
