Meet the chef
On being awarded the restaurant’s first Michelin star, Adam said: ‘I’m overjoyed to have reached this milestone with my driven and dedicated team, who have worked so hard, and with such passion, since we launched the restaurant in 2022.’
A new look
Every detail of the design has been inspired by the natural world. This is an inviting place where tactile fabrics, bespoke artworks and carefully considered lighting interweave to create a lively, luxurious and infinitely interesting space.

The restaurant showcases Britain’s finest produce, from fresh seafood to locally foraged mushrooms, hand-picked herbs and native flowers. Each dish tells a story, and all these stories come together to create an extraordinary dining experience.
Phenomenal collections
Expanding on our ever-growing wine collection, we strive to support local winemakers across our neighbouring counties. From still wines to sparkling, the English wine scene has come on leaps and bounds over the last decade.
Memorable dining is created by so much more than the food we eat. Stories and knowledge from my entire career, alongside inspiration from our idyllic surroundings, are woven into the restaurant.
