Get to know us
In your first days with Dorchester Collection, you’ll take part in ‘Engage’, our unique induction programme. It’s a chance to get to know the hotels, meet your general manager and tour the rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas. You’ll learn our company values and better understand who we are as a collection.

Development programmes

We believe the best way to learn is by gaining hands-on experience. That’s why we’ve tailored our development programmes to give you unique access to different areas of the business.

Internships
If you’re looking to enter the world of hospitality, our internships help you develop your skills across different departments. An internship at Dorchester Collection typically lasts 3 – 12 months.

Ultimate Leaders Programme
If you aspire to become a leader within the hospitality industry, our Ultimate Leaders Programme gives you the operational skills and leadership experience to accelerate your development. Each programme lasts 12 – 18 months, and you’ll have the opportunity to work in different departments in a supervisor role.
