Hotel Bel-Air is pioneering a future of sustainable luxury with the installation of EV charging stations and solar panels in both employee and guest car parks. Once fully implemented, the hotel will operate almost entirely on solar power, dramatically reducing its dependence on non-renewable energy sources, while offering guests a seamless eco-conscious experience. A similar project has been approved for The Beverly Hills Hotel.
Le Meurice goes beyond reducing waste by transforming it into social good. Corks that would otherwise end up in landfills are donated to France Cancer, where they are repurposed into noise and heat insulation boards. These sustainable products are sold, and all proceeds directly support cancer research, blending environmental responsibility with a meaningful cause.
Hotel Bel-Air and The Beverly Hills Hotel has joined forces with Fill it Forward to empower employees with personalised, reusable water bottles, encouraging sustainability through quench stations. Each refill not only helps track the reduction of plastic waste but also contributes to charitable projects, turning a simple daily action into a meaningful impact for the environment and communities.
