Simplicity as art
When creating his menus, chef Jean Imbert is guided by three principles: authenticity, flavour and simplicity. Prepare to discover French brasserie dining at its very best.
A step back in time
Le Relais Plaza is one of the city’s last remaining Art Deco dining rooms, and its glamorous 1930s spirit lives on. Look out for Diane Chasseresse’s original frescoes alongside Lalique’s spectacular chandelier and engraved zodiac stained glass.
Introducing Jean Imbert
Voted Chef of the Year 2019 by GQ and one of the 50 Most Influential French People by Vanity Fair, we’re delighted to welcome Jean Imbert to Le Relais Plaza, where he leads with creativity, innovation and a passion for French cuisine.
The ‘World’s Best Pastry Chef’
Award-winning pastry chef Angelo Musa is the man behind our delicious desserts. He adds his own twist of personality to every creation, while ensuring flavours and textures blend in perfect harmony.
At Le Relais Plaza, I'm bringing the history of French food, and the cooking I used to do with my grandmother, with me to this historic place.
