At Hôtel Plaza Athénée, we're taking the cherished tradition of afternoon tea to a superb new level. Served in the elegant La Galerie, our new menu has been meticulously crafted by the hotel’s renowned pastry chef duo, Angelo Musa and Elisabeth Hot, alongside acclaimed chef Jean Imbert. 

Musa, a globally celebrated talent and winner of ‘Best Pastry Craftsman of France’ and ‘World Pastry Champion,’ joins forces with his protégé Elisabeth Hot to deliver a blend of timeless favourites and imaginative new creations, evolving throughout the year to reflect the seasons of Paris.

Other temptations include a soft orange blossom brioche, hazelnut rolls, a coconut éclair with tropical fruits, and a decadent chocolate-lime mousse. For those with a more savoury palate, our selection of finger sandwiches includes trout, truffle, and a special 'mimosa' sandwich.
